A Message From Todd Mason: Register to Attend the Annual Management Roundtable

Coming up in a few short weeks, the League will host its annual Management Roundtable. While this year’s event is happening in a virtual environment, it is just as important as ever for us to come together.

We have been doing a great job in our response to COVID-19, in no small part because of our strong collaboration. None of us are left alone to figure things out. But the pandemic is far from over, especially when you consider the impact COVID-19 has had on our members, communities, and economy. The Management Roundtable will provide Maine’s credit union leaders a chance to recharge, learn, and strategize on a path forward and plan for what is to come.

Patrick Adams, the President/CEO of St. Louis Community CU, will share his perspectives on strategizing for long-term growth. Financial literacy expert Adam Carroll will provide concrete leadership tactics to positively impact your teams and your credit union. Amy Downs, President/CEO of Allegiance CU and an Oklahoma City bombing survivor, will share how you can respond to a crisis in a way that will make your credit union come out even stronger than before. The League/Synergent’s Senior Leadership Team will examine issues and opportunities for Maine credit unions in the year ahead and facilitate your questions and idea sharing. And, comedian Juston McKinney will headline the “social hour.”

If you haven’t registered to attend the event, please secure your spot by visiting the League’s website. The insights you’ll gain and provide to others will be invaluable for mapping out the actions that we take together, as well as those you can take as individual organizations as COVID-19 continues to play out.
