 nd identify and address common dysfunctions of a team. Participants will l
 eave with tools and techniques to increase confidence and skills in superv
 ision\, including:\n\n\n 	identifying employee communication styles-and ho
 w to manage each style\n 	addressing problem workplace behavior and diffic
 ult employee situations\n 	overcoming dysfunctions of a team and fostering
  teamwork\n 	developing leadership style and\n 	identifying and understand
 ing how our personality traits increase our effectiveness as a supervisor\
