Supervisor Excellence Academy | Managing Employees 101: This session targets supervisors who want to gain comfort in their roles through learning the basics of the supervisory role, including defining leadership, building trust among employees, effective delegation, situational leadership, and motivation. Participants will begin to develop their leadership and not just management style.
