Deciding whether to file a SAR is not always a simple decision. This webinar will provide real-life scenarios faced by BSA officers and will address the sometimes-complex SAR decision-making process. Join us to learn the requirements for the annual BSA audit, plus the requirements for CDD and EDD – which have become increasingly important in recent years. Participants will learn what the BSA officer’s job truly entails in these areas. Being a BSA officer requires a combination of technical knowledge and the ability to apply that knowledge, an ability to navigate and negotiate among entities within the organization, and the capability to deal with the auditors and regulators who are looking over your shoulder.
