 xplores the latest developments shaping credit unions and shares his visio

 s' newest leader!\nAbout Scott Simpson:\nScott Simpson is the President/CE
 O of America’s Credit Unions\, a national trade organization representin
 g the unified voice of the credit union movement and the 144 million membe
 rs it serves.\n\nSimpson has served for more than 22 years in the credit u
 nion movement\, including leading Utah’s Credit Unions\, California’s 
 Credit Unions\, and Nevada’s Credit Unions. He is inspired by the power 
 of credit unions to change people’s financial lives and holds a lifelong
  belief in the power of not-for-profit financial cooperatives.\n\nHis miss
 ion at America’s Credit Unions is to energize and amplify the life-chang
 ing impact credit unions create every day\, while also enhancing credit un
 ions’ bipartisan appeal among elected officials and policymakers in Wash
 ington\, D.C.\n\nSimpson has served on the boards of America’s Credit Un
 ions (and legacy organization CUNA) and the American Association of Credit
  Union Leagues. He also chaired the Credit Union Legislative Action Counci
 l (CULAC) and the National Advocacy Fund.\n\nPrior to joining the credit u
 nion movement\, Simpson worked on the staff of Sen. Orrin Hatch and led th
 e Utah Republican Party. A Utah native\, Simpson holds a bachelor’s degr
 ee in public relations and Japanese from Weber State University and is an 
 instrument-rated private pilot.\n\nLauren Simonds has shared a Teams meeti
