DESCRIPTION:Join the Maine Credit Union League in Washington\, DC\, for the
  annual Governmental Affairs Conference\nThe Governmental Affairs Conferen
 ce is our opportunity to highlight the meaningful work credit unions are d
 oing to improve the financial well-being of their members and communities.

 rding accommodations and travel.\n\nIn addition to the programming offered
  by America's Credit Unions\, we will have Maine specific events and meeti
 ngs to deepen our connections to each other and our federal representative
 s.\n\nAs in years past\, we will be making a group reservation for Maine c
 redit unions that will be attending the conference in Washington\, DC\, fr
 om March 3 – March 7\, 2024.  We will once again be staying at the Rena
 issance Washington DC Downtown Hotel\, 999 9th Street\, NW\, Washington\, 
 DC. The rate for the rooms will be $324 per night plus applicable taxes.\n
 \nA deposit will not be collected at the time of your reservation. However
 \, please note that a credit card is required to input each reservation. R
 eservations cancelled from December 18 to the day of arrival at the hotel
  are subject to one night’s room and tax.\n\nHotel confirmation numbers 
 will be sent in mid-February 2024.\n\nThe GAC Conference Schedule (as of t

  programming for League attendees and will share that information as soon
