Rising Leader Academy | The Business Professional 1: Experts agree that professionalism is one of the most important factors in career success. The key to professional success is understanding your personality. Participants will leave with a deeper understanding of their personality, how it impacts the workplace and those around us, how we can use those skills for positive influence and the importance of the professional image we project.

The Rising Leader Academy is designed for credit union professionals who are ready to grow beyond their current roles and embrace leadership with clarity and confidence. By the end of the series, participants will be equipped to lead with purpose, foster positive workplace culture and confidently take the next step in their leadership journey while earning the Rising Leader Certification in the process.
