This comprehensive, two-day* Certified Teller Specialist Two training is offered on Tuesday, September 27 from 9:00-3:30, and Wednesday, October 5, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
This is the second of a three-part series to earn the Certified Teller Specialist Certification.
Attendees will take an in-depth look at member service and cross-selling, and cover important topics including: the key components of professional service and sales; the importance of building relationships to create member loyalty; strategies for effective listening and asking the right questions; how to sell in a positive and successful manner that is beneficial to your members; and making sales a natural part of interactions with your member.
