The Certified Teller Specialist training program has been adapted to a webinar series. Part Three will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., on the following dates:

This is the final installment of the three-part Certified Teller Training Program.
The final session will take a comprehensive look at career development and professionalism in the credit union movement. Topics will include handling conflict and difficult member situations, understanding different personality types, top professional skills to master, and creating a professional image. Additionally, attendees will participate in an interactive panel with local leaders to learn how to focus on creating a career at the credit union.
