Times: All classes will be 9:00 am – 3:30 pm with a lunch break.

This is a three-part series to earn the Certified Teller Certification.

This introductory program will provide training in the importance of credit unions and basic teller operations and skills including credit union history and principles, managing and maintaining the cash drawer, robbery and security, check fraud, check processing, Reg. CC, handling currency, BSA and OFAC compliance and basics of the credit bureau report and lending.​

Total Cost: $948; Under $50 Million: $650
Billing will be done for all 5 dates as a series with all three parts included.
