This is the final installment of the three-part Certified Teller Training Program.
The final session will take a comprehensive look at career development and professionalism in the credit union movement. Topics will include handling conflict and difficult member situations, top professional skills to master, and creating a professional image. Additionally, attendees will participate in an interactive panel with local leaders to learn how to focus on creating a career at the credit union.
