The Certified Teller Specialist training program has now been adapted to a webinar series. Part One will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., on the following dates:
January 12, 13, 26, 27, & February, 9, 10, 2021
This is the first of a three-part series to earn the Certified Teller Certification.
This introductory program will provide training in the importance of credit unions and basic teller operations and skills including credit union history and principles, managing and maintaining the cash drawer, robbery and security, check fraud, check processing, Reg. CC, handling currency, BSA and OFAC compliance and basics of the credit bureau report and lending.
