Fee: $269/$219 for CUs under 50 million. $319.00 for associate members. Class is limited to 20 attendees. *If you are a CU travelling from the Presque Isle area (The County, NorState, or Acadia), please reach out for a discounted attendee fee.*

Building Management Excellence is a dynamic management training program that equips participants with essential skills for effective leadership and management through a blend of interactive discussions, practical exercises, and individual reflection. Designed to leverage the collective knowledge of attendees, the program integrates group dynamics, personal insights, and theory-based learning to foster personal and professional growth. This program is designed with the intent to attend all three days. Registration for each class needs to be completed for all three days.

Day 1: Managing Yourself
Focus on self-awareness, leadership styles, effective communication, time management, and stress management.

10/9 Day 2: Managing the Business
Emphasizes strategic thinking, employment law, financial literacy, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Participants explore real-world challenges and best practices to navigate business complexities.

11/20 Day 3: Managing Others
Covers motivation theories, performance management, coaching techniques, and team-building strategies. The day concludes with a case study, encouraging participants to apply learned concepts to real-world scenarios.

The program provides a well-rounded framework for managers to lead with confidence, manage effectively, and inspire their teams.
