Join the Maine Credit Union League and Rose Murphy from Tricorp for a half-day BSA update session. Rose will cover:

  • Overview of the Bank Secrecy Act and its importance in the financial industry
  • Overview of recent updates and changes to BSA Regulations, expectations of FinCEN
  • Best practices for creating an effective BSA/AML/CFT compliance program
  • Insights from recent enforcement actions – let’s learn from other’s mistakes
  • Latest trends in fraud,  identify the red flags that can signal suspicious activity
  • What every  BSA compliance Officer and staff need to be looking for and questions to ask
