Your Impact Includes:

  • Lead the Compliance Program – Implement and continuously improve a comprehensive compliance management system
  • Own Regulatory Strategy – Drive implementation of new regulations and ensure organizational readiness for change

     

  • Audit & Oversight Leadership – Oversee compliance reviews, ensure accuracy, and present findings to executive leadership and committees

     

  • Risk Advisory Role – Provide insight into new products, marketing, and organizational initiatives to mitigate risk while supporting growth.

Qualifications

  • 8–10+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or related field
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional certifications
  • Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks in financial services
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills across all levels of an organization

Salary Range: $100,000– $125,000 annually depending on experience, education, and skills.
