Operations Manager

Maine State CU is hiring an Operations Manager for its Augusta office.

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the credit union’s Operations and Information Systems Departments, including planning, directing and organizing, and overseeing 5-7 specialized employees.  The Operations Manager makes significant contributions to the formulation, development, and implementation of the Credit Union operational and information systems policies, business goals and objectives. The position reports to our SVP/Chief Operations Officer and works collaboratively with the senior management team, other organizational leaders, and our managed IT partner.


The successful applicant will be a highly motivated, positive thinker with a strong member-centric philosophy, and a collaborative and inclusive style of management with excellent verbal and written communication skills. We are seeking someone that is innovative and progressive in their ideas for the future and passionate about being part of a team. Applicants must have 2-5 years of related experience, and in-depth understanding of operations and information systems.  Strong supervisory, technology, compliance, and leadership skills are also desired.
