Member Success Center – Service Representative

PeoplesChoice CU is hiring a Member Success Center – Service Representative at its Saco call center location.

As the friendly and knowledgeable voice of our company, you will interact directly with our members as they call in with questions, concerns, and problems.  You must be able to walk them through operational and/or technical challenges with a kind and persuasive manner. Our ideal candidate will have a high degree of tech savvy with various platforms and/or programs.

What We’re Looking For:

Your tech-savvy shines and points you quickly to the right solution. We deal with our member’s money so of course your work product must be accurate with details always on point!

You’ll Need to Have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • The ability to work your scheduled times
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience gaining and growing customer relationships
  • Customer service experience, and if you’ve handled banking and/or operating system questions, that’s a big plus
  • MSR and/or Episys experience – will be a great asset
  • High comfort level with technology
  • Loan processing experience another plus!

Starting pay: $18.50 per hour depending on education and similar experience.

Required hours: Approximately 40 hours, Monday – Wednesday 7:30a – 4:00p, Thursday and Friday 7:30a – 5:00p.
