Member Services Representative (Teller)


Midcoast FCU is hiring a Member Services Representative (Teller) at its Edgecomb location.

Midcoast FCU is seeking friendly individuals to process financial transactions for our members with accuracy and efficiency. Selected candidates will be trained to educate our members on products and services that will benefit them in their daily financial management. The position includes a competitive hourly wage, paid holidays and paid time off, full benefits package, educational and advancement potential. Successful candidates must possess exceptional customer services skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidential information. Candidates interested in this position must be willing to commute between locations in a designated float area (based on home address) and have reliable transportation.

Requirements:

A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required in addition to normal courtesy and tact. Work involves extensive personal contact with others and/or is usually of a personal and sensitive nature.

Compensation & Benefits:

Compensation is commensurate with experience, and a company-wide bonus program is available based upon credit union performance. Education & Skills:

High school or equivalent required.
