Maine State CU is hiring a Member Services Representative at its Augusta location.

Member Services Representative:

Responsibilities of the position include providing exceptional customer service, performing a variety of member transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, etc.), providing routine information concerning services, and directing members to appropriate departments for specific information and services.


The successful applicant will be a highly motivated, team-oriented, positive thinker with a desire to provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. You should have a minimum of six months related experience (e.g., customer service, accuracy in cash handling, etc.). Also required are strong interpersonal skills, a professional appearance, a solid work ethic, reliable attendance, and an ability to be detail-oriented. A high school diploma or GED is required.
