Member Service Representative


Tricorp FCU is hiring a full-time Member Service Representative (MSR) in Westbrook.

Tricorp FCU is seeking a detail-oriented, service-focused Member Service Representative to support member credit unions through account transactions, service inquiries, funds transfer processing, account reconciliation, and daily operational support.

About the Role:

The Member Service Representative serves as a key point of contact for Tricorp members, providing accurate, timely, and professional support for products, services, transactions, and operational questions. This position also assists with back-office activities that promote efficient daily operations, accurate account balancing, and responsive service to member credit unions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely, accurate, and professional responses to member inquiries related to Tricorp products, services, transactions, and operational procedures.
  • Process funds transfer activity, including ACH, Fedline, Tricorp core system transactions, and related member requests.
  • Reconcile transaction accounts, post entries, process payments, and maintain accurate daily reconciliation records.
  • Follow established policies and procedures to complete work accurately, in compliance with requirements, and within required timeframes.
  • Collaborate with other Member Services team members and perform related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Two to five years of similar or related experience, preferably in financial services, credit union operations, accounting, or member service.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide courteous, professional service.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality, diplomacy, and sound judgment.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and follow-through.
  • Working knowledge of financial products, services, funds transfers, reconciliation, or related operational processes preferred.
  • Ability to operate general office equipment and standard computer applications.

This position is primarily remote; however, the employee must be available to work in the office from time to time based on business needs.

Pay Range:

$25.00–$30.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
