At our Main Branch, we’re looking for enthusiastic, service‑driven individuals to join our team as Member Experience Specialist. This role is more than just helping members with transactions—it’s about delivering a warm welcome, offering knowledgeable guidance, and ensuring every person who walks through our doors feels valued, supported, and heard.
In the Member Experience Specialist role, you will be responsible for greeting and engaging members primarily in person and, when needed, through online channels or by phone to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service. You will quickly identify the purpose of each visit or inquiry, complete requested transactions with accuracy and care, and seamlessly connect members with the appropriate team member for specialized support.
Qualifications:
The successful applicant will be a highly motivated, team oriented, positive thinker with a desire to provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. You should have a minimum of six months related experience (e.g., customer service, accuracy in cash handling, etc.). Also required are strong interpersonal skills, professional appearance, solid work ethic, reliable attendance and an ability to be detail oriented. A high school diploma or GED is required.
