Consumer Loan Officer

Bangor FCU is seeking a full-time consumer Consumer Loan Officer in its Bangor location to assist members and potential members with their lending needs. Responsibilities include interviewing loan applicants, analyzing loan requests and making credit decisions based on the credit union’s lending policy as well as state and federal regulations. This person will also be responsible for identifying opportunities to assist members and potential members with credit union products and services.

• Strong teamwork, interpersonal, organizational and member service skills
• Effective time management and priority setting skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of consumer lending products, laws, and regulations
