Description:
The eBranch Member Experience Specialist (MES) is responsible for delivering exceptional member experiences through digital and remote channels. This position combines advanced financial expertise with a deep understanding of virtual service delivery to establish, maintain, and grow member relationships. The eBranch MES provides personalized financial guidance, cross-sells credit union products, supports technical inquiries, and ensures that every interaction via phone, chat, or video reflects the credit union’s service culture and commitment to excellence.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate is a motivated, team‑oriented professional with a positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Provide prompt, accurate, courteous, friendly, timely and professional service to all members/co-workers.
- Accurately process member transactions.
- Maintain knowledge of all credit union products and services and financial education tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve member and internal inquiries in a timely, friendly and accurate manner.
Education & Experience:
- High school education or GED
- One month to twelve months of similar or related experience.
