Maine State CU is hiring a Deposit Operations Specialist at its Augusta location.

Deposit Operations Specialist:

Responsible for servicing and maintaining deposit accounts, processing incoming and outgoing wire requests, and delivering excellent service to members and fellow employees. Assists with requests, questions, and concerns regarding deposit accounts; reviews accuracy and completeness of account documents; and generates and reviews reports to extract information, report to others, and resolve exceptions.

Requirements:

The successful applicant will be a highly motivated, team-oriented, positive thinker with a desire to provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. You should have a minimum of one to three years of related experience. Preference may be given to individuals who have experience with electronic banking products (online and mobile); deposit capture and ATM-related activity; and experience with Reg D, Reg CC and Reg E disputes.

Also required are strong interpersonal skills, flexibility and eagerness to learn, a professional appearance, a solid work ethic, reliable attendance, and an ability to be detail-oriented and complete tasks within established timeframe. A high school diploma or GED is required.
