Consumer Loan Originator

University CU is hiring a Consumer Loan Originator for remote work.

University CU is looking for someone who brings positivity, motivation, and a genuine excitement for helping members while also loving the thrill of meeting (and exceeding) goals. If you enjoy connecting with people, building relationships, and turning great conversations into real results, this role is for you.

You’ll work closely with members to understand their unique situations, think creatively, and guide them through the lending process from application to closing. With a strong knowledge of our products and services, you’ll confidently recommend the solutions that best fit their needs.

Clear communication, comfort with technology, and the ability to work smoothly with staff at all levels will help you shine here. If you want a role where you can blend service, sales, and a little fun along the way, we’d love to connect.

This position is structured with a base pay plus commission. Initially, this role will be an in person role; determinations will be made for remote/hybrid work after the successful applicant is established in their position.
