Lisbon Community FCU is hiring a new CEO to be based out of its Lisbon location.

Due to the upcoming retirement of the long-time CEO, Smith and Wilkinson has been retained by the Board of Directors to lead a search for the next CEO. This is a highly visible, dynamic role for a well-rounded, community-oriented financial services executive who is interested in leading the organization and building on the positive work done by the current team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic leadership, management, and vision necessary to grow the credit union. They will work closely with the Board of Directors and credit union staff to develop and implement short and long-term strategy and goals to achieve the credit union’s vision, mission, and goals.
