After a 28-year career with Atlantic FCU, their Saco branch manager retired. The credit union is now looking for its next leader to continue mentoring and developing a highly efficient, service-oriented staff. In addition to the day-to-day management and being operationally sound, the credit union is seeking an individual who possesses:

- Outstanding member service skills
Sales experience, business development ability, and lending knowledge will be strongly valued. The core of your role is to supervise, coach, train, and develop branch staff to ensure that the team works well together, delivers unparalleled member service, and is committed to excellence in achieving branch and credit union goals. Three to five years of proven leadership is necessary.
