The role of this position is to provide a superior level of Member Service to your co-workers and the members during every interaction or transaction unequivocally. To direct the operations of a remote credit union facility, ensuring the branch meets organizational, financial, operational, service and growth plans/goals.
Job responsibilities include underwriting consumer and mortgage loans, hiring, reviewing, scheduling, training and monitoring the work of the branch personnel, monitoring branch operating results relative to established objectives, acting as an expert in Member Service and related Technology products, and providing lending support.
