Maine State CU is growing, and we’re excited to announce the upcoming opening of our brand-new branch in Belfast, Maine, anticipated for June 2026! As we continue expanding to better serve communities across the state, we’re searching for a dynamic, experienced, and community minded Branch Manager to lead this important new location.
In this high impact leadership role, you’ll partner with colleagues across the organization to ensure a successful branch launch, deliver exceptional member service, and build strong relationships throughout the Belfast community. You’ll lead, inspire, and develop a high performing team, drive strategic results, champion operational excellence, and serve as the face of Maine State CU in this vibrant region all while supporting our member focused mission and ongoing growth.
This is a full-time position and will require the selected candidate to complete training at our main office in Augusta prior to the branch opening. If you’re energized by growth, passionate about people, and ready to make your mark on a brand-new branch, we’d love to meet you!
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and inspire a high performing team: Coach, mentor, and empower employees to excel in their roles, exceed goals, and deliver an exceptional member experience every day.
- Drive strategic results: Set clear goals, develop smart action plans, and execute strategies that support branch growth, operational excellence, and the credit union’s mission.
- Build community connections: Serve as the face of the Belfast branch by cultivating strong relationships with members, local partners, and community organizations.
- Champion operational excellence: Ensure smooth daily operations by optimizing processes, maintaining compliance, and using data driven insights to make informed decisions.
- Grow membership and deepen relationships: Identify opportunities to expand the branch’s impact, strengthen member loyalty, and contribute to Maine State CU’s continued success.
