Evergreen CU is hiring an Associate Member Service Center Representative for its Broadway office in South Portland.

Evergreen CU (ECU) is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Associate Member Service Center Representative (call center). The role of the Associate Member Service Center Representative is versatile.

Prior experience in customer service is paramount and call center experience is preferred. Episys knowledge is preferred, but not required.

The role of the Associate Member Service Center Representative responds to members via phone, email, chat, and online. They resolve problems, clarify issues, and escalate more in-depth requests to specialists. There is a high level of communication between members and branch staff. Assists in monitoring call center activities to ensure they follow established credit union policies and procedures.
